Hahaha I know the title of this post is a bit weird, but bear with me on this one.

Hi everyone!

First of all I would like to wish all of you that are reading this a happy, prosperous, productive and amazing 2025.

For some of you 2024 might have been great, for others maybe not so much, but a new year is always like a fresh new start and an oportunity to improve, change and evolve.

Don't stay dry....

As you all know, most of my sessions, either family, maternity or couple take place on our beautiful beaches.

But what you might or might not have noticed is that at the end of each session, my clients are usually almost completely dry!!

I would love to change this.

Why?

I can imagine you are asking yourself this question.

Well for 3 simple reasons:

  • Why not?!

  • It's so much fun!

  • getting in the water will make your photos stand out. You will get some more creative/unique shots out of it. Trust me it will be worth it.

How?

Oh yeah so there are some little logistical aspects that you have to take into consideration:

  • If your are travelling to the session location by taxi, you will not be able to get back into one if you're sandy or wet. Bring a bag with towels an extra set of clotes to change into and something to put your wet clothes in.

  • Rent a car, this will make things easier.

  • You can also choose to wear swimsuites under your clothes to use during the last part of your session. This will avoid having so many wet clothes at the end.

  • Don't plan to have dinner right after the session. Give yourself at least an hour to go back to your hotel to shower and get ready.

See for yourself...

This past week I had the pleasure of photographing one of my favorite families.

I have been photographing them since 2017 and we have since also become good friends.

This time we did the session mostly in the water, which was so much fun!

I would LOVE to get some more families in the water!!

Here are some of the final images. I hope you like them.
