Hi there!

I'm Melyn, a very passionate professional  photographer based in Aruba, specializing in family, maternity, couples and kids portraits using the magic of natural light.

A few years ago I decided to turn my Photography hobby into my part time job. 

After my beautiful son Charles was born I decided to leave my career in sales and customer service behind and make this my now full time job, and I love it!!  Well, still part time since I'm a full time stay at home mommy of now 2  adorable little boys. 

It's the best decision I've ever made.

I've always been interested in art and always tried to occupy myself with being creative.

I even spent a year in art school, but I always kept coming back to photography.

Having my camera in my hands makes me happy.

Getting  that great shot makes me giggle and sometimes gets me jumping like a little kid.

I love meeting new people everyday, fresh new babies, mommies to be, first time visitors, honeymooners and fun families.

I love, love, looove my beautiful island of Aruba (the One happy Island!), I love living here and I feel proud to show it off to anyone who would let me

So you can call me a photographer mom, an Island girl, an art enthusiast, a bit of a crazy person or whatever you'd like, but ultimately I'm a person with a camera very eager to capture you, your family, your newborn or your kids on film in a special and unique way.
